The worst chase bank branch!! Update: 01/18/2024 Finally, this location has become more professional. However, I don't understand why some staff members seem unprofessional and rush to end interactions. Courtney recently joined the team and demonstrated professionalism by resolving issues with my businesse account. If you need assistance with your business account, I recommend reaching out to Courtney. After many years, it seems this location is now doing something right.

Im thinking to change my bank from Chase to somebody else just because of manager in this location!

I stopped by this location to cash a check. When I handed the teller my check she said she cant cash it cause my name was wrong My license says Jeffrey, and the check has Jeff on it and said its not the same. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with chase bank and urge people to pick a different bank for there banking needs

Wish i didnt even have to give one star; They have had my march disability check in a account and have it blocked i have not been able to get my money even after three 2 hr trips one way meanwhile my truck is broke down and im behind on my rent even corporate refuses to help me get my money. Wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone. RUN
