They horrible! They tell you one thing is wrong with the car and then its something else they want you to pay for! They just lie so much especially Heather and the owner John has the worst attitude. Definitely shouldnt be in business working with customers! Be careful taking your car there! And they charge $150 an hour! Crazy! Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Cant wait to see their reply is on here. Nothing but lies Im sure are coming

I used Rees automotive to change my tires and do an alignment. The customer service was phenomenal. Unfortunately, thats where the good ended. When I went for my appointment they had the tech call out. The tech that covered did not really know what he was doing. Tires were overinflated(found out months after when I checked why my tires were wearing wrong) and the alignment was done wrong. Then they tried to sell me a timing job(the owner himself) but had no clue what the job consisted of when I asked a simple question.

Honestly one of the best shops Ive worked with always there when I need them and the work is always done in a timely manner they especially work very well with my schedule with me working nights and everything heather is amazing and is definitely one of the reasons I even go there in the first place
