Bullets Contracting LLC

Run from this "contractor" and do not let him or his workers touch your house! I hired him to do a full renovation which took over 6 months before I fired him and hired a legit contractor who had to fix his work before continuing the rest. A few times, even I had to point out incorrect work done at my houseone of them being where he made two window openings wider, but didnt correctly expand the header...he corrected these, but if I hadn't pointed it out before they were drywalled over, they would have negatively impacted the structural integrity of my house! At one point after the header incident, he even tried to intimidate me, making it clear he did not like me "questioning his work". I guess I'm "just" a female so what do I know about headers, load bearing walls, and such? Good thing I called in another contractor because he found further issues which had to be corrected (improperly set windows with no flashing which if not corrected would have allowed water intrusion behind the vinyl siding thus rotting the wood over time, wood that had been replaced but not wrapped and left to the elements for months on end had to be completely replaced and properly insulated and wrapped, a newly installed shower that he removed an outside wall for and didn't bother to insulate prior to closing everything back up, large areas of outside walls that were opened up with the opportunity to insulate but were neglected of doing so, I could go on these were just the big things). Things that were agreed upon for him to do, he conveniently "forgot" he was supposed to do. Ive never written a negative review in my life but people need to know that this guy is nothing but a hack. I wish I could give negative stars...seriously, just... run.

Couldnt grade them with any lower than a one star very unprofessional. Chris the owner, wouldnt make things right. Roof leaked worse than before replacing the roof with Chris. If you have skylights expect then to leak as if there is a waterfall. Pay about $200 for a roof inspection before you have repair or replacement to see where problems are then, if bullets contracting does it pay for another inspection to see if it is done correctly.

I bought a home last march that had the roof fully replaced by Chris Bullet. The roof has consistently leaked. Chris Bullet sent a worker out on a number of occasions to caulk the chimney flashing to no avail. After several calls and messages I gave up and hired someone else to fix my 1 year old roof.

Excellent job. They fixed the leak in the roof over my deck that has been pestering me for years. The original contractor (A&S home improvements) had me CONVINCED the leak was not from their work, so after the first year I stopped bothering them about it. After trying for years to fix it, and having it work for short intervals, I finally called Bullets...They fixed it, and even showed me how A&S was definitely the one who originally caused it -showed me the hole that A&S had caused. I would DEFINITELY use Bullets again (and NEVER use A&S)!!
