Bomax Ranch and Retreat

I cant say enough wonderful things about Bomax Ranch and Retreat. In our 3 years of RV traveling, we have never stayed in such a quiet, idyllic spot. The camper sites are all on grass, with full hook ups. There are plenty of places for tents around them. There is a large group firepit for people to gather in the evenings. If you are a wilderness camper, you would love the sites scattered through the woods. She also has a small, comfortable cabin for two that is perfect with all the amenities. There are trails through the woods which really are marked roads named for the owners great grandparents and grandparents. She is so willing to share her knowledge of her family history and her love of the outdoors. She is full of pride for the restoration of the woods and fields and plans to continue her dreams for this wonderful place. If you want to plan a large gathering, a wedding, or just a quiet time to commune with nature this is the place to camp. Thank you for a great stay and wonderful company!

I was blessed to have camped on the Bomax Ranch and Retreat with a group of friends. I gotta say I enjoyed everything about the venue and the owner is awesome!! I'll be back soon and I'm telling everyone.

One of the best private own campsites I've visited. I hosted a camping trip for 20 campers. The owner was great.

Whether youre looking for a place to get away to just relax and enjoy the outdoors, or planning a family getaway, or just a weekend out with friends, Ms Junnetta got you covered. Its beautiful, serene, and refreshing. The land itself is breathtaking, the trails are perfect for hiking or bike riding. If you want to traditional camp you can do that!! If you want to experience nature but want amenities, the campers are perfect! Im definitely going back and bringing family and friends!!

The BoMax was absolutely amazing. Me and my girls had an amazing time especially seeing my cousin June. We enjoyed campfire smores, driving through the woods on site seeing, down to creek even stop to see Mr. Larry. Bentley greeted us instantly I cant wait to go back!!! Very kid and pet friendly just make sure you have enough to keep the young ones occupied my 3yr old had a time of her life out there!!!
