I came in for a brake job and oil change, I made it very clear to everyone in the shop that if they arent 100% certain they can have it done before the end of that day, to leave it put together, and I'll take it back to them another time. Instead, they left it in pieces on a lift and went home for the weekend without so much as a courtesy call.

I came in on 1/31/22 at 11:40 and asked if they had time for an oil change for my Lexus. The man said there were a lot in line so I asked if it would be an hour or more. He then just kinda stares and says he’ll get me in. So I wait and wait until I realize it has been over an hour so I go over to the desk and ask how much longer it would be? They told me it was on the lift now. I was upset because I told them if they had just let me know it would take that long I would have come another day. I had other appointments and ended up very late. I also just felt uncomfortable there as a women because most of the men stared at me and made me feel like I can’t go there without my husband.
