        Helpful and friendly staff. At times wait times can be longer, but just remember the staff is overwhelmed like everyone else so please give them some patience and understanding too.

        They refuse to return calls. And of course they want you to call the toll free number which only give you the same results. It can't be that hard to return a phone call. They voicemail is always full and the caseworker number is disconnected. O and by the way with all these negative reviews I'm so shocked that someone hasn't done anything. It goes to show that people do not care. The city does not care and the state damn show does not. So no one reads reviews anymore??? Yeah I can't wait to the lord bless me to be financially stable to take care of me and mines without having to DFCS. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE.

        This is the most awful place it is. There not helping people just getting tax payers money. The only reason they have a job is because people need help and they not even helping people
