        Great Experience with AJ at extra space storage!!

        RATS !!RATS!! RATS!!. I was in L19 for 2 years and had no issues walked in on 3/30 and there 3 RATS along with their babies feces and pee that damaged my beds sofas and my sons crib and personal items. The manager neglected ro tell everyone in the units that there were rats and they had to evict someone 3 units down who brought food. I am sure there are other complaints If management would have told everyone about the rats we would have moved our stuff but no one did. We came in today 4/2 to speak to the manager the lady with the marks on her face she was condescending and passive aggressive and screaming and kicked us out because we wanted to know why we were not notified. She told us we should not be talking about the rats to other customers which I did tell her to check her unit for rats which they should have done. No one from Extra Space called me. I purchased a complaint on FB and the better bureau. ESS DO BETTER.
