Deandra took us as clients on March 31st. We had just been told we couldn't purchase a home and to rent. I called Deandra and she immediately gave of names of lenders to call. We called Ben and he told us in 3 days what we qualified for. In 4 days he told us to start looking at homes. Deandra had us looking everyday. If we couldn't make she went and gave us a yeah or nah. Steady for 3 weeks she there for us. I sent listing in the middle of the night and she would follow-up in the mornings. She kept us on the up and up. Even after feeling defeated many days she told us to hang in there. On April 18th she called with a yes. "We got the house!" She was just as excited as we were. Deadra is knowledgeable and great a what she does. We are so grateful she was there for us. She has been a rock for us and turned our no onto a yes. By the way Ben our lender qualified us for more money than we told on an estimate. They are a great team. If you want a realtor that is there FOR YOU, Deandra is you girl!! She will not stop until you say "yes to the address!!".

Truth be told, to explain my ENTIRE experience with and about DeAndra Horne, and the way she runs her real estate business, would take me a very long time, because it was truly beyond the unimaginable! And Im not just saying this for Google rating, etc. There are agents but then there are agents that truly want to see their clients progress, and get to the CLOSE TABLE, and thats DEANDRA HORNE!! When I text her LATE one Sunday night, I was in a very dark place because I was working with another agent at the time and she just didnt seem to care about my timeline, my situation and what I had going on at the time so I didnt feel like a priority just another applicant. I wasnt expecting DeAndra to reply to me that Sunday night but unexpectedly she did and the next day she sent me to her loan officer, Tara Longfellow at South East mortgage and within hours, I was approved for over $40,000 more than what the previous agent, loan officer said I was approved for. The rest is history and I am now a homeowner living in the home of my dreams because Deandra took me under her wing, MADE ME A PRIORITY, lifted me up when I had serious meltdowns and was always there to answer every single question I had regardless of the day or night!
