There is not a large enough negative number I can give this hotel. PET OWNERS BEWARE. They are pet friendly BUT they do not tell you that an additional agreement has to be signed upon arrival. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DO THEY STATE THIS. There was a negative comment by another lady stating this and all of a sudden after we inquired at the hotel, that comment "magically" disappeared. Once you get there you're stuck.
We opted out. It wasn't about the pet fee but about not indicating an agreement has to be signed upon arrival and your pet can't be on the furniture. Most people allow their pet to sleep on the bed and if they are indeed changing the sheets and pillow cases what is the problem?
Also, it's very difficult to get a refund if you happen to go through one of the travel booking site. This property refused to work with us or the travel site even though they were notified over a week prior.
It would have been a no harm, no foul for them to work with us. But they do not give a rats behind in being customer service oriented.

I'm a regular at the La Quinta and I always have a great experience. The management and staff is always very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
Rooms: The rooms were are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable!
Noteworthy details: There is a complimentary breakfast and the breakfast attendant is very helpful

Nice and neat, room and bathroom are clean, enough extra towel, nice staff, easy check in and out. Hotel is close to restaurants, shops and downtown covington. Will visit again.

Booked a pet friendly room then got sent a pet policy stating if any pet hair was found I'd per charged even more than already paying pet fee. This is deceptive and not pet friendly at all!

It was a great location, the staff were extremely nice and our room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious!! It was a great stay!
Rooms: The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Nearby activities: Very close to the Mystic Grill from the Vampire Diaries and other areas from the show. I was super excited about it!!
