Overall it was a great experience. I just didnt like the fact the dr suggested a root canal on a cracked tooth. I asked about taking the tooth out and he responded with he wanted to save the tooth. I was confused about that part.

Very friendly office staff. The hygienist and dentist were very informative and made me feel very comfortable that they were going to take care of my dental issues. The facility was new and very nice. Im glad I decided to choose them

Called Dental Care at Town Center and explained that I needed an appointment to have a small filling replaced on one of my front teethI was so excited when the young lady explained that they had a next day appointment available and that they considered a chipped front tooth an emergency. With this said, I was under the impression that I would be provided with same day services; however, this was not the caseI spent exactly one hour at Dental Care at Town Center dental office (with only five minutes being spent with Dr. Rizvi) just to be told by a front office staff, who just so happened to be in the room with me discussing payment for services that Dr. Rizvi would not be completing the procedure during this visit and that she had provided them with a directive to reschedule my appointment. The next available appointment was two weeks out. Additionally, they made at least three attempts to schedule future appointments for full dental consultation and examinationbut I politely declined. I was disappointed and felt that Dental Care at Town Center intentionally misled me into thinking that I would be receiving same day services as initially discussed. I left the dental office feeling deceived and baited. Dental Care at Town Center please be honest with your patients and potential patients about your services and intents, as the staff should have mentioned during my initial call to the dental office that this so-called emergency services you offer is merely a consultation visit. I lost time at work and wasted unnecessary time with this appointment. The next day, I called another dentist office, provided them with the same information about my issuethey scheduled an appointment for me the same day and provided me with same day services, as agreed. Support staff (back and front) was awesome!
