BigHouse Payment Solutions

I was very hesitant about swapping to a smaller company, but wanted the ease of a local vendor. I have been through 4 of the larger processors, and always had trouble with the machines, hidden fees and lack of customer service when there was a problem. I took the chance on BigHouse and have been more than pleased with the service we receive. I receive calls no less than once per month from Jamie or Taylor to see how the month is, and to check on any issues. I have never called and they not immediately answered. There are no hidden fees, and in 2 years, the fees have not changed. I can access my processor from the phone, computer or terminal. It is not a chore that I dread or have to wonder if it will work. I am so happy I met y'all!!!

We switched to BigHouse Payment Solutions and they are amazing!! Excellent customer service. James, Christa and Taylor are always here for us when we need them. We process a lot of cards and their rates were the lowest we have dealt with.
