Corley's Auto Service is my go to place for auto service. I have been using them for years and they have always been honest with me about whether or not my vehicles need repairs or just servicing. I have never had an issue with the quality of their work. They are always fair in their pricing on labor and parts. I would recommend them to anyone in the Covington area looking for an honest mechanic to work on their vehicle. My husband took his mom's car to get it fixed, and had to tow it there. He kept it 2 weeks, paid $840, picked it up. The next morning it wouldn't crank, which was the reason he took it in the first place. Towed it back and he wasn't interested in working on it, since he'd gotten paid. He wouldn't return phone calls, his wife wouldn't give messages, and we suspected they were recognizing his number. He called from my number and they picked it right up. They hadn't touched it for a week. We ride over there and he says he "pulled on this wire" and it cranked. We drive it home and the very next morning it won't crank. He got his $840 and he was done with us, but we still have a car that doesn't run. He also didn't clean the parts he was supposed to be working on. We were told he would also replace a water pump, but we still have the old one on it. We've got pictures of the same water pump. Keep your money and go somewhere else. This guy doesn't care about you or your car.

Once this guy gets paid, and your car still doesn't run, he's no longer motivated to actually finish what he was paid to do. He won't return calls, I had to tow it back a second time because it wouldn't crank, and it sat at the shop for a week, and I brought it home and it wouldn't crank again. Their customer service SUCKS. They didn't change one I'd the parts they were supposed to, and bottom line they took my $840 and didn't fix it. Keep your money and go somewhere else. There's no satisfaction guaranteed at this place. They don't care and I will tell everyone I know to never take a vehicle here.

Totally unprofessional place of business. I brought my Toyota Highlander here to replace my knock sensors which cost me over $600 to replace and after they completed the work, all the guy could tell me is that same check engine light came back on, yet it's totally fine to drive the vehicle with this code especially since I live in Newton County where there is no emissions testing. Mind you, my car at the time of pickup still wasn't running appropriately. Long story short, I paid $600+ dollars to have the same problem. Stay away from the incompetent, joke of a business if you love your automobile.
