        Frist time at Kwik Change... Extremely clean facility, friendly, knowledgeable staff... No pressure to purchase recommended services... They allow you to sit in your vehicle during service... A really great experience....

        This is my second time having my car service here and unfortunately this time I have to give them one star, the service was very poor. They didnt took the time to check the pressure on the tires, the whippers blades , didnt reset the oil monitor in the car, didnt provide me with the sticker for the next oil change. The girl at the counter just charge me the $72 plus , swipe my debit card and thats it. They made me and my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. It wont be a third time. Excellent Customer Service, Quality of Service, Customer Appreciation is what keeps businesses going.

        I got a free oil change ticket from my childs school which clearly stated that it was a free FULL SERVICE . I was then charged anyway and then questioned about how I got the free ticket which clearly stated that my child got it from their school due to their amazing performance in her classes . If you have any color to your skin I wouldnt recommend it. Go somewhere else. The guys changing the oil were very polite and professional I dont want to take anything from them . One of the guys working on my car told her about three or four times HE HAS A FREE TICKET. I was still charged.

      Hi Michelle, we did some investigating into what went wrong with your experience. First let me apologize for not giving you a stellar visit. We do only check tire press on request. We don't do it automatically because of nitrogen filled tires, after market tires, etcYou should have received a mileage sticker... our service person acknowledged she mixed up stickers and didn't get yours in. That is on us. The Oil light reset--we normally do it by request only, but the service person didn't ask you if it was needed. Again, that is on us. Due to this complaint we have made it mandatory that the Service Person asks whether it is needed. We are sincere in our efforts to provide exceptional service and expert care for your vehicle. And we believe the test of any person how they react when something doesn't go right. We hope that you will accept our apology and see that we do care to make things right and give us another chance. Thank you so much for bringing this situation to our attention.

      Hi Wave Goat, the Free Oil Change certificate was not for Full Synthetic service. We explained this limitation BEFORE we did the service -- that your car requires full synthetic. You approved the price before the oil change. Our very best Customer Service Representative handled this transaction. The review as written is a misrepresentation of the interaction that day. Our customers who have been coming to us for years and years can attest to our transparency and honesty. We don't do business in the way you've described. It's not who we are.
