I'm a resident here and have been since August 2021. I love my place and with all the issues of "Brand New" construction, some don't understand that there will be things tweaked once residents move in! I've had nothing but positive experiences with the ladies in the front office. They have so much to do and some believe they're "Superwomen" with powers to make everything happen right away. I appreciate them and the opportunity to be Blessed to live in such a beautiful, peaceful environment. The "4" is simply because there is always room for improvement.

My parents relocated to Covington right in time to be one of the first residents when they opened in 2021. It's been a journey in the beginning not keeping management staff and maintenance staff hasn't been steady for sure. However, it's been a good while since the latest manager and her leasing agent have been there and they are running it more smoothly these days. My parents have wondered why hasnt the backside landscaping (walking path) has not been maintained since moving there in 2021? They no longer like sitting on their balcony these days because the view is no longer pleasent as the bushes/trees are all too high and outgrown and looks unkept. The plus side is my mom told one of her longest bestfriends from childhood about this property and she has since relocated from their home state and literally now lives across from my mom! Now moms friend just told her friend and HER friend is relocating and was able to land an apt in same building on the front side. This is what you would call relationship marketing at its best for sure!

It has been a month since I moved and Im loving it! Place is clean and peaceful. Administration is helpful and all residents very friendly. We are a real community.
