        Management lies, I was fined $50 on an assumption. They accused me of failing to properly dispose of pet waste because Mr. So called Maintenance found poop bags in the woods near my apartment. Then he came to my apartment door and took a picture of a poop bag that I had sitting by my door that I was going to PROPERLY dispose of as I was leaving for work only moments after I left it there. Im not the only person at this complex with a pet. Its a whole lot of crap going on over here that they should be a lot more concerned about. I called the office and spoke to the male assistant manager his name starts with a J and he stated that the fee will be waived. Well guess what, it wasnt. The $50 was added to my rent. There is a lot more serious activities going on that they should be focusing besides of an assumption from a maintenance man that does nothing but ride around in golf cart all day!

        The new manager is obnoxiously rude, there is weed smell permiating the outside area, huge dumpster blocking the entrance, maintenance staff is incompetent and unresponsive.
