It's simply amusing how some, not all African American individuals can comment on a Black own business that they never worked for at all. We do not recall an Alysha Hardy working for our company at all! It's a shame that our race of people has not come far enough from slave mentality and continue to do damage to a black own business. If people want to come to our company to work and conduct themselves in a professional manner you are welcome. However, if you come to just get over on your employer by not showing up for work, stealing hours of pay that you have not worked to earn, just sitting around, be insubordinate to your employer and not doing your job just to "CLOCK HOURS" please do not come to our business.

We want professional and hardworking employee who want to earn an honest wage. How would she know we are unorganized and disrespectful, has she ever worked for our company? It's obvious she is writing this comment for someone she knows that we "FIRED"! Some employees have "NO RESPECT" for Black own companies and our struggle to be successful!

All they see is a meal ticket of get over on the Black business and don't bring anything to support and enhance that black own business. Coming to work is not simply about how much work you can get out of just to "CLOCK HOURS"! We as black own business struggle each and every day to keep our doors open and work extremely hard. We simply can't afford to pay employees to do nothing!

It’s unfortunate that we are forced to come in contact with other African Americans simply looking to get over on that employer for money! AND other people such as Alysha Hardy who is seeking to do damage to a black own business by writing negative “UNTRUE” comments because we did not allow an employee “Steal” from us and got FIRED!

If anyone is looking a a job to actually work, be honest and not steal from their employer please contact us, we are hiring!
