        We have been inquiring about my 90 year old mothers medications since December and because she is a new customer they said they dont know anything about her and ask if she lives at home. They were very rude and nasty about helping get her medication and stated they have a form to be filled out and unless thats completed medication would not be filled because they dont know her. The Dr. sent the prescription over in December 2023 it almost the middle of January 2024 no phone call or nothing and the individual that does the bubble packets said Im fixing to go home and I will not be back until Monday Its ashame how mean people can be especially towards older people.
