        The check-in process was awesome! Was seen as soon as I sat down, Dr. Rasheed was amazing. However out of the 5 remaining employees, they literally had two people checking people out and two people calling to verify appointments and one just roaming around (at least thats what it seems like to me) Ive been waiting forever it seems like! Granite, this may be because of staffing but good lord Im ready to go! I was so tempted to just walk out. The check-in process was awesome! Was seen as soon as I sat down, Dr. Rasheed was amazing.         This was my first appointment. At first I was very disappointed because of the front desk not putting the costumer in order. After talking to Dr.Tedrick I felt very welcoming and he was very understanding with my concerns and adjusted my prescription. Because of the doctor thats why I gave a five star instead of a two star.
