The nurses could be friendlier, and work on their beside manner.

Front office was very slow checking me in. The light skin lady who does nothing but dat all day took over an hour to check me in. I liked the young lady who did my audio and hpe. I think her name was Shawn or Sean. She turned my experience around because I sure was fed up with concentra. Great sense of humor and laughed the whole time and great conversation. Thank you.

I have been to many Concentra. I was hurt at work and came here twice in the last week. I work in healthcare. The doctors in the back are nice. The girls in the back are even nicer. Everyone at the front desk is nice. But when I go to physical therapy it is a completely different experience the therapist is overwhelmed running a marathon. There is no organization. The therapist is very knowledgeable man but I think he is overworked. I dont understand how he does not have any help with all the nurses in the building. Then yesterday the girl who sits in therapy was talking at the front desk when I came in. She is always loud and ghetto with the other patients. She was talking about her husband and kids and the conversation was not something I care to hear about. She didnt even try to come and help him and I had to wait while she was on the other side talking. He had a line of people and she was just talking away. Then a guy came in and she ignored me while she flirted with the guy. SMH The therapist asked her one thing. Then she was talking to the physical therapist with an attitude. He asked her something and she was very rude to him. I felt really bad for him bc she was rude in front of everyone. I vdont know her name but she is the worst! She kept leaving the therapist alone to talk to everyone. Im sorry but she seems airhead like doesnt know her job. Very Unprofessional and ghetto. I think next time I want to go to another Concentra to not deal with her.

I was the only patient inside the lobby at the time and it makes no since how loud and playful they was. It was a light skinned lady who was sitting at the desk on the righta short heavy weight lady with dreads or long twists in her head who honestly was the loudest laughing..a lady standing up with glasses who was conducting herself very professional. She wasnt dressed in scrubs, she was dressed very nice. She was the only one who was very professional. Then another lady on the other side sitting down, Im not sure what her ethnicity is her hair was straight was loud also. All three of them are very unprofessional even though it was just me inside the lobby. You still have other patients that may be in the back but to conduct yourself like that is ridiculous. You had to be there to believe it. Another co-worker came to the front. She was short, dark skinned with a ponytail in her head. She came to the front and said: isnt that a patient and the lady who was sitting down looked at me and said, I dont know who that lady is and the lady with the dreads who was standing up, looked at me and continued talking and laughing about someone sending a text or something like that. Dont come to this Concentra if you want to be forgotten about because they want to sit around and gossip and laugh right in your face. They all are unprofessional and ghetto. It was only me there and this is how they act. It really is sad. It makes me want to go to corporate because this is a profession, you can talk and laugh SO LOUD when youre at home. SMH
