The staff is so amazing Beth, Chaz, Ceramani, Kelli, and Marlisa. Ms Maria is the best she actually listens to her patients and shows that she genuinely cares.

On Monday, scheduled an appointment in person at the facility, agent at the desk was absolutely clueless and zero help. She booked me for appointment the following day on Tuesday. Later the afternoon it was determined that the person I was scheduled to see was over / triple booked and unable to see me on Tuesday. I had to call their call center to reschedule. The agent Jason S move my appt for today, Wednesday morning for a 8 AM appointment. I arrive for my appointment to be informed that I was not scheduled. Instead, the agent Jason S had me booked for an appointment in Texas when I live in Atlanta. RIDICULOUS!!!! Called their call center and only got an apology and they will was this as training. WOW REALLY!

Extremely happy thus far from the service from the dental team as well as the check in process and appointment scheduling process after being seen. I do not have dental insurance and the prices are reasonable; Id pay the same or more if I did have dental insurance. Friendly. Compassionate. Patient - as I have dental anxiety. Ive got a couple more visits to go, but the dentist was very kind and that in itself means a lot. The entire process has been easy thus far and they use My Chart , even better. I was seen within five minutes of my appointment time too!!!
