I have been trying to get a loan with this place and nobody can help me, my credit is fair and yet they dont want to take a chance with me

Gigi did a beautiful job. Very friendly. Paid attention to me the customer. She knows her job. Didn't have to figure out what to do. She did it had everything ready. Great person to work with. It was so easy to work and talk with. Made me feel like I was special. Thank you

Please AVOID this place it is not worth it. The worst customer service ever. I called in to ask questions and Gigi was very short and rude. Another rep was also rude and kept cutting me off. Professionally, you never go back and forth with a customer or become aggressive with the customer, this was exactly my experience. STAY AWAY!

Wow:: where do I start. My wife and I stopped into republic finance on hwy 138 in Conyers this morning looking to get some assistance, needless to say when we came in everyone almost at the same time gave us that look like what are you doing here. Everyone in the office showed no interest in getting us the assistance we came in for , however there was this one person who informed us that they didn't take appointments until 9:30 am and didn't even bother to include who h e was.. The worst experience ever. Totally unprofessional. If I could have written this review without adding a star I would have. The only reason that I am giving them one star is to write this review.
