        Just left. 1)Store is literally behind a dumpster. Ewww! 2) Loud rap music blasting. 3)Poor selection of phones. 4) Saleswoman is ignorant, snotty, arrogant, inept, unhelpful, unprofessional. Conclusion - I do not want to switch to T-Mobile.

        On my visit to the store 1 week ago, I was freaking out because my phone stopped working and I had a flight to catch. As soon as I walked in, there were two employees ready to assist. They reset my phone and explained why it was happening. They demonstrated exceptional customer service and because of them I returned to this location. Great job you two (so sorry I cant recall your names) but THANK YOU!

        One word to describe our experience today at this location. EXCEPTIONAL. Our representative ZEE is all THAT. We transferred 3 lines from MetroPCS. She took the time to explain ALL the details including which plan would best fit our needs She set up each phone and explained the billing. She provided her business card and her direct number in case we needed any further assistance. Zee EXEMPLIFIES great customer service which has become extinct. T-mobile I hope you know what an asset you have.
