this hotel isnt it at all!! when we arrived the bed sheets and blankets where wet and smelled like pee. the vending machines snacks get stuck and yes its true that the elevator does get stuck . no one here mentioned that and i just got stuck and it was scary , pls do not come here save your money.

This hotel isnt what it used to be. Our family always stays at Country Inn & Suites when we travel and this location isnt ideal. The elevator has been known to get stuck and no one has mentioned that to the guests. An employee told us after a few of us got stuck inside the elevator. The front desk agent had on Nike slides which is definitely a safety risk for her but didnt seem to concerned about my family being stuck on the elevator. Breakfast area was a complete disaster, and it seemed to bother the breakfast attendant if asked for items to get replenished. Pool area has not been tended to and its early morning. Our room thermostat doesnt operate accordingly, floor still had hair on it and the towels also had hair on them.

Stay away Spartans!!!! Beds are like laying on plywood, elevator was not working Sat morning and we were on 5th floor. Smelled like musty ole gym bags in halls, hot tub was cold. The worst part..they woke me up at 1030 at night because my car was over line on parking space because person next to me had parked over line and I had to move my car. Only to find out that the van that wanted a space, parked under awning by main lobby entrance. So they woke me up for nothing after doing a 21K OCR that day.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I'm traveling for work the staff is very friendly and professional and they make you welcome and the general manager Cindy is amazing
