I want to express my gratitude to Scot Ward Funeral located in Conyers, Ga. My father who was my best friend and my world, passed away on January 2nd, 2024. I had trust issues when it came to where and who my family and I would entrust with my father. We chose Scot Ward over 4 other funeral homes based on instinct's and word of mouth. The best decision! My father was cared for with the upmost respect by the entire staff and our entire family was treated with such love and compassion. He slept so beautifully! I can go on and on about why I am so grateful! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Scot Ward!!!

I wish I could give Scot Ward 10 stars!!!
Losing my Dad so unexpectedly was the hardest thing I had ever had to go through. I didnt know where to begin with making all the arrangements. Scot Ward and the entire staff was there to guide me through the entire process. They have been such a comfort to me. They genuinely care for every family that walks through their doors!

There are no words under the Son of God that describes the utter disgrace of Scot Ward himself. While they treated my mother with dignity and respect at the time, that respect flew out the window the minute we paid the bill. I also purchased a necklace from them-lifetime guaranteed. the chain broke so I called them to fix it. Not only was I called a liar TWICE by SCOT WARD but had to threaten legal action to get the replacement and through the entire process-which should have been easy NOT traumatic and not trigger a PTSD episode-and then had to listen to him repeatedly call MY ONE AND ONLY MOTHER a necklace. He has a business. Its what it is, they care when they're wanting your money and you're nothing to them after they get it. My cousin has his own funeral home, I grew up knowing how to respect the human body-and you won't find it here. Especially if you're grieving under your own timeline and not theirs. Your loved one is merely $$ to them, not your loved one. Be very careful if you choose them. There is no heart, no empathy, no sympathy, no God, no respect and hey Scot, my mother's cross will never see that tacky chain you replaced mine with from the dollar tree. And hey Scot, you can pick yours that already broke up in your parking lot. 7 counts Scot. SEVEN and no I don't go away when I'm standing up for my mother-you know, The Necklace. You Godless piece of trash.
