This is a wonderful branch. The staff is friendly and take their time to help. I needed account service and information and they took their time with me. Sorry to the folks behind me in line. Any wait experienced is due to them taking the time to help the customer fully. Will definitely continue banking here.

I use to really like this credit union however the customer service has gone down tremendously. Everyone here talks at you and is super rude. There is one specific member service rep which Im not sure why she is even allowed to still work there with that type of attitude, Ive reported her several times over the last few days of having to speak with her. I experienced an issue here and no one was willing to assist me, every single person blew the situation off as if it wasnt important. I was able to finally speak with Mr. Postell and he was the only person able to explain and help me get a resolution and he actually treated me like a human being. Bedside him Ive have the worst experience with everyone. Before this Ive always recommended GA own to others because at one point they were really good. Ive been a member for years and never experienced anything like what they just put me through before. Of course one you leave a bad review someone tries to reach out however nothing is still ever fixed. I will be closing all my accounts with them as soon as I can. I highly recommended you run and stay far away from this credit union.
