        The Maintenance Manager Ivan approved a defective vehicle for sale and we bought it. We traded in our old vehicle. He is currently working on the new one because the since the day we bought it and same day we bought it the car shut off twice on the Highway. We were told to text and call Ivan the maintenance manager and that the Sales manager was at an auction. We texted Ivan the maintenance manager a day ago and he didnt respond. When we went in person a day later he still didnt respond and said hed get to it in 3-5 hours didnt tell us he was the maintenance manager until after we waited an hour and asked to speak to the maintenance manager. The car is still in the shop.

        Did y'all ever give buddy his money back? I mean, y'all did sell him a stolen car. It's not his fault but yours for doing a poor job checking a vehicle's Vin and driver history.
