Quoted repairs are always communicated and approved IN ADVANCE to ensure clarity and avoid any surprises. After repair, payment was not received for an extended period. This led to the standard procedure of turning the matter over to our accounts receivable department. In terms of warranty coverage, we would like to discuss the specifics of your case to clarify any confusion and ensure that any warranted parts and labor are appropriately covered. We have no reason or incentive to deny legitimate warranty claims since we get paid for them by the manufacturers.It's important to note that our labor rates are competitive within the market and reflect the quality of service and expertise we provide.
