Little Caesars Pizza

It's hit or miss. Food generally very good, but good luck if you haven't ordered ahead well before or after the dinner rush. Both customers and staff for the most part have zero sense of urgency. Also I've selected "Extra Sauce, Well Done, and No-Cut" on pretty much EVERY pizza (only custom pizzas allow changes) that I've ordered with the app, and I think MAYBE 2 out of at least a couple dozen were made that way, and not unevenly cut halfway through. I swear they must wear a blindfold and Dull the pizza cutter with a belt sander prior to cutting. If they are using one of the big rocking cutters with handles.... perhaps it's been run over by a truck and bent??? Is that a nit-pick? Kinda Sorta. Does it still drive me nuts? Yes.

Service is only awful because they don't answer the phone, I tried calling more than 25 times and eventually had to go in, the food tasted good but didn't seem that well but it could have just been me, and some staff seemed to be just wondering around. I just request mainly to try and answer the phone better.

Gina served us and her service was very good. The pizza was exactly as we ordered.

We've had excellent service and pizza loaded with cheese and toppings the store is always clean, I had Deanna a manager serve me today and she was awesome! We'll definitely continue to order from here.
