Brad and partner were very thorough and professional. Even though they had worked steadily for 8 hours, they made sure that i understood the thermostat and connected it to my WiFi before leaving It was a new experience adjusting the heat from my bed last night!

I highly encourage you to check the work done after it has been completed as he did not install everything that we were told would be installed. After questioning him, the owner, he stated he was trying to save us money once he realized it was not needed. This is an absolute lie, he never mentioned it and only lowered the price once I did. He also never even picked up the part to begin with, which I discovered once I asked him to replace it as originally requested. Not once did he mention this during the several hours of installation or during the hour of listening to him talk endlessly about nothing before starting the project. Luckily my new install was in an easily accessible area of my home, I think he knows most women will not crawl into attack spaces or other tight areas to inspect the work after he is finished. BEWARE!! I have video footage of him even admitting if it was in his home, he would never have done what he did, and he made a change to what was supposed to be done without asking me the homeowner. He thinks he is a smooth talker, but he is really full of lies.
