Noo it didnt cover my expectation,
First Iam a new guest didnt receive a welcome gift, because they ran out of it,
Second the indoor swimming pool water was frozen , to cold for the kids, they said that it has to stay like that
Third the Wifi password wasnt in the room, they didnt even offer this service.

Safety: Safe, because there werent enough of people.

I have already stayed in other country inn and this experience was terrible. Definitely not suitable for children! Extremely cold pool that can get sick!!! I asked for help because the water was cold and they didn't do anything. They don't have the GYM available!!!! And there are no notices of this, only when you check in they tell you that they are remodeling! The rooms? With a bad smell and dirty!! Dirty bathroom!! No courtesy of welcome for being a member of reward. I leave you images! Hem I don't recommend it! We won't be back!

The service here is really bad, the whole time we were here we didnt have anyone to come in and vacuum our room. The heavy lady at the front desk, with blonde short hair is really rude and disrespectful to guest including myself. The breakfast here was not worth our money, the sausage was not cooked done, we ate some yesterday and felt really sick and stayed up half the night being sick, when I spoke to the heavy lady with short blonde hair at the front desk she didnt apologize for the uncooked sausage that made me and my dad and sister sick, me and my dad had a room with two queen beds, and she said we had too many people staying in our room, I mean really we had visitors which were two people but they didnt stay the night with us and she said that if the fire marshal would shut the place down if he were to come in. She also said that made us even, I mean really uncooked sausage that made us sick made it even with her. Do not come to this hotel you will not be treated good or respected by the staff here at all. When you go down to get breakfast there is a Hindu lady who watches you as you put food on your plate as you walk down the breakfast bar she walks down too as your walking down and she stands no more than a foot from you watching every move you make, it almost feels like your a prisoner instead of a guest here, watching how much you get, watching what kind of drink you get, watching every single move you make, like lady give me space and quit staring at me and following me.
Rooms: Ice machine does not work, you have to go down to the first floor to get it. The vending machines are ridiculous prices the convenience store is cheaper than those machines. Cant get toilet paper brought up to you when you are sick they do not care. Especially her rude self:
