    Was in the area needing a cable that was difficult to find. Called several places and they said I'd never find it close to my location. They were wrong. This place had it, at a very good price. Did an online order with curbside p/u. Not only did I get my cable, I got a swag pack gift too which contained a bunch of stuff including an insulated tumbler. Definitely will order again.

    The online experience has been terrible. I placed an order on Friday February 23rd and pay for it with my credit card. I get a call the following Monday to say the payment didnt go through. I sent proof of the order number as well as debit of my account. The following day the accounting team insists on a wire after cancelling the credit card payment-after it had cleared. I sent the wire and they dont acknowledge payment after a day. Then when asked about these weird moves the accounting team is unreachable after several attempts at getting in touch w them over several days.lack of operational smoothness. It is now Wednesday ie 6 days later and I havent received my shipment or any indication as to when its going to ship
