Very knowledgeable concerning cleaning rugs and carpet. But more importantly the most honest person I have ever done business with, Mr Riles was not sure he could remove a stain on a wool rug, yet he treated the rug, even gave me a sample of cleaner then provided me the knowledge on how to use it and the sun to remove the spot. This at no charge Not only did it work the spot is almost completely gone (hot tea on a white wool rug) after the first treatment. I will be bringing Mr Riles back to my home to clean the rug including the entire house. Service: Area rug cleaning

Terry Riles did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and couch. He is very reasonably priced. We are having him do our hardwood floors next. We highly recommend him. Did I mention that he is very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to leave him alone if I could not be home. He has 44 years experience. No, I am not related to him...You get what you pay for plus that's all

Highly recommend!!! I had recently moved to the area and was looking for someone to clean all of the carpets in the upstairs. It was originally overwhelming, but I had tried everything, and still it lingered. Mr. Riles came by and sprayed a special enzymatic product. Then, he came back in the morning, moved the furniture and sprayed the product on the areas that had had carpet on them, followed by deep cleaning. NO MORE urine smell! Then a week later, I was getting new carpet installed in the master bedroom and closet downstairs. When the installers pulled up the carpet, there was a strong dog odor on the base floor. I desperately called Mr. Riles to ask what I could spray on it, when he offered to come back and spray the special enzymatic product. He came right then!!! He was a godsend! Thank you so much Terry! We won't be using anyone else for our floor maintenance needs!
