      image Called this location to ask about other branch locations and how to do a special transaction. I spoke with Erin who explained the process and showed me the way to do it. What a professional, friendly and well informed banker. I recommend this bank & appreciate it's high attention to detail when taking care of the customers. Keep up the great work!

      image Debit card declined because of being out of date. New card should have been issued but was not. Was told it would be two weeks to receive new card. 50 year customer continues to get sub-standard service. The last couple years service has declined substantially.
