Enterprise Rent-A-Car

On March 28th until 2nd April 2024 we rented a Hyundai SUV to travel to Florida for my daughter's graduation. The car was large enough and had plenty of trunk space for our bags. It rode light being on a cloud, of course I had to adjust to the lane correction system. It even warns when driver needs to take a break for coffee. Enterprise is my favorite rental service.

Yes I was upset that the clothes in the back seat have not been given to me. These were clothes to to return.7 they still have the tags on them. I have the receipt to show those clothes or mine. Please help me out with this. I also have two envelopes that explain the cruise that I'm going to get on the other one is about my life at the hospital.

I called on the phone to set up my reservation for an economy vehicle. Upon arival I was told there wasn't one available and they put me in a little vw Jetta, and it would cost more than quoted. I requested something different because my car seat fory daughter didn't fit in the small car and on e again was told it would cost more. I declined cause I was already spending way too much. Also I wasn't told about the 450 security fee till the last minute. All in all I feel the woman I spoke to should have noticed there wasn't an economy vehicle available and feel missed to spend more.
