        Decided to take my infant here after sitting in the ER for hours on Fort Moore. The check in was easy and the wait was less than 30min. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to my concerns for my baby. Will definitely come here again.

        3 stars for being quick. 0 stars for being kind, nurturing and comforting. Youd think being a pediatric urgent care, the nurse and doctor would have more warmth to them when interacting with a parent and a sick baby. Nope - this felt completely transactional and like they didnt even care.
