        Brought in a pistol slide for engraving a week prior to needing it to present to the outgoing commander. Shop told me they could do it and gave me an day and time to pick up. Showed up to the agreed upon time and nothing had even been started. Got Rolf to come back the next day. Called the next day to check in progress and was told they would call me when finished. Never received a call so I stopped by the shop just for him to tell me he didnt want to do it because of the slide angle. Thats fine, but now Im two days out from the change of command and looking to see if someone can engrave it last minute. Not sure why they couldnt tell me this from the beginning. They also returned the slide with minor scratches to the finish.
