I just saw this review and wanted to respond. You made your booking in October 2021 and did not travel until May 2022. I just read all 28 emails emailed to you and each one had the resort fee information in red .The transfer information was also included. I am very sorry you did not see it and felt it was a surprise. I pasted that information below so others can see what was provided to you. They even have a phone number provided to call while on location if you are not able to contact us. When the agent is not in the office we have three others that could have helped you.I am sorry you felt she was not available to you when you called. The agent that helped you is a wonderful agent and has been employed here for over twenty years. Hotel check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 11:00am. Present this document as your confirmation to the hotel front desk upon check in. Your package price includes nightly room rate and tax.
