Big Boy Tires

Big boy tires came through for me when he placed a tire on my rim on Thursday as well as found a shop to weld my rim when a screw ripped through it. When the same tire went flat big boy notified us it was under warranty and came and resolved the issue. This will be my go to person for a tire needs. Thank you!

I travelled from Macon To Columbus stopped at Big boy shop at Rainbow Motors and he took me to his friend Ricardo to buy a car last Feb 2023, Ricardo told me the car was perfect condition just needed a driver I paid 3k from my tax money I am a single mother. I was supposed to come back that Monday for registration papers and the car broke down bad transmission basically a lemon. I was In contact for weeks Ricardo told me big boy had the registration papers. My mom called big boy multiple times to meet up cus he said he will be in Warner Robins at auctions every Monday, no answer Im calling for days back to back then he says some smart remark like it has nothing to do with him but he is the guy that took me to his friend. Now today almost a year later Jan 2024 still no registration forms from Big Boy or Ricardo and I am out of a car and 3k. Do not go to this man he is very unprofessional and rude. Instead of just giving my papers so I can get my car fixed and drive it they both have been ignoring my calls and texts for months.

Very unprofessional .. keep my car for a month... got the insurance money... and my car still was fixed.... got my car back drove to work and my hold front finer came off...

Big Boy was a life saver. Im not from Columbus and I unfortunately caught a flat while I was driving today. I called AAA to tow my car. The shop that was I was supposed to get my tire replaced at was giving me the run around over the phone. After waiting for 2 hours, I found Big Boy Tires. I gave him a call and he was there in 30 minutes. He searched around a few places for a tire and came back in about an hour. He was so friendly and amazing. Great service and a great person.

Great & fast service! Had a flat tire, they pulled within 10mins of me calling. Everything was fixed & replaced in 30mins; they also get keys out of locked cars. Highly recommend their services!
