I just like to say Mrs. Lagena was a life saver for me.Not to mention her expertise in doing My taxes. In fact I thought I was going to get anything back but because her knowledge in taxes I received a refund. I felt comfortable because she answered all my questions and can't wait to see her next year .

Mrs.Lagenia was amazing! You can tell she’s been doing this for a while. Right when I walked in I was promptly greeted. Everything I needed she either had the answers to or would research the answer. I will be coming back next year! Thank you!

My husband and I went here this year to file our taxes. She did not report all of our income, she did not report our mortgage, and she falsely reported a $300 charitable donation. When questioned she informed me that she has 14 years experience and knows what she is doing along with income under $600 does not have to be filed/reported, the mortgage didn't have to be filed/reported and that every tax filer could claim a $300 charitable donation this year. Feeling something was not right I contacted the IRS and was informed she was not being truthful, and that we have to file an amendment because ALL income has to be filed/reported, our mortgage has to be filed/reported and the $300 charitable donation had to be removed resulting in our refund going from almost $9000 to us not getting a refund at all. If I had not been suspicious of her work and contacting the IRS we would be in a world of trouble and owe the IRS the $9000 that she was fraudulently getting refunded to us.
