        I came in today thinking I would find a cute outfit for my trip to Florida. When I walked in, I was greeted with a quarrel between the manager and an employee. The manager was going on about how no work had been done the day before, how the store was dirty, etc...the employee was defending herself but not in an aggressive tone..and yes there were customers in the store. I feel like that was a conversation to be had in the back room, away from the customers hearing. I know running a store can be hectic at times, but there is a time and a place for everything. I felt sorry for the young lady that was being scolded as if she were a child. The manager must have just come in (the time was about 1220pm on July 14, 2023. The employee even said " dang! no hi, hello, how you doing as the manager was chewing her out as if the manager came in ready for confrontation. I'm not a sensitive person but the way the employee was being talked down to, I would have surely clocked out.

        Customer service was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. They pointed out things we missed and helped us pick out quite a few clothing items. Words cant express how amazing they were. Also their clothing was super cute and came in a wide variety of colors. ALSO HELLA CUTE PRINTS ON THE TOPS.
