        Been with them for a long time! My only gripe is their monthly payments that keeps going up. The rate keeps going up! I was paying $72/mo.!

        My technician Daniel Harrison did a wonderful job. The installation duration took longer than I expected, but it was because one of the sensors was damaged and Daniel made sure the entire system was good to go! Hoping these next 36 months are a great experience, safe home, and peace of mind

        The first initial call was amazing and i felt explained well, until the ADT person got there and explained it WAY better and was AMAZING to work with. However, it was very expensive compared to what they told me over the phone. I was extremely upset. Adam from ADT was very helpful, understanding and new exactly what he was doing!!!!! When I called to potentially cancel services due to the price being so high, the lady was very helpful and willing to help us out.
