Alexander Systems

We had our home built and moved in June 2018. We thought we had a problem with our septic tank in Nov 2019. Called out to have the issue resolved only there was no problem with the septic tank. The issue was the wiring. The septic tank was supposed to have it's own outlet as well as the flagpole. We discovered that someone was lazy during the installment process and ran both systems to one outlet. We called Alexander since it was their company who installed the wiring. The gentlemen who came looked baffled at the wiring. One guy even scratched his head like what is this and who did it? So they (re)ran the wiring properly and were on their way. Well to our surprise Alexander called to inform us that the problem was resolved outside of our warranty (by a few months) and we owe over $600. My question was where's the accountability and responsibility for the incompetent job that was done initially? Of course that question was never answered. So, being that we're pretty big on integrity we won't be recommending their services to anyone nor, will we be soliciting their quote unqote expertise again.

Ive had issues with them out-sourcing my contract to another company and now that Im selling my house to move to another location for work they want me to pay almost $500 to get out of my security contract. Not paying for the system anymore, only monitoring.

Yeah, these folks are pretty sketchy.  Got a quote for $39/month, but the actual bill is $55/month, because I wanted to use the mobile app.  They also sold me some unreliable equipment, so I've been playing phone-tag trying to get it switched out.  And they only return a phone call or email about half the time once you've signed up with them.  I wish I'd read these reviews before signing up with them.
