At our Columbus, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

image Service was horrible. Order was messed up and manager caught a attitude when I said that's not what I asked for. She tried to make keep the order instead of giving me what I asked for. Told me well I got to void it then it'll take 23 days. I said okay I still want what I asked for she then caught a attitude. The employees laughing and thinking it's funny. I won't be back. The grilled shrimp I had was over cooked. But my money went back on my card immediately not 23 days. So I felt like that was said so they didn't have to fix my order. And was sitting on phone leaning on counter.

image Walked into the restaurant at 8:30 pm the door sign said they closed at 10:00pm. When we got to the counter we were told that our order had to be to go because the dinning room was closing. This is unacceptable if your restaurant is open than it is open till the closing not closed before time. Didn't stay somewhere we were not welcome to stay and eat so walked next door and had a good meal at McDonald's. Thank you to McDonald's for welcoming us in to dine.

image Customer service was very poor. It is 10:30 am..we are the very first Customer and the drive thru servers are very rude...rushing us to order..and I could hear her talking bad about me because I didn't see the drink menu... Just poor quality service..
