This lady is trying to steer my realtor to not work with me because I told her I wasnt working with the realtor she recommended. She is also trying to steer the client into not taking my offer even though its for asking price and the listing has been there for over 15 days. She is very unethical. She also told me that I can not speak to her directly, she said its against the code of ethics for a buyer to speak to the selling agent (which is 100% false). She tried to bully me into using the realtor she wanted, I believe it was so she could get a kickback or maybe they have an agreement going on. I have no idea honestly that part is speculation BUT I do know for a fact she told my realtor not to work with me unless he could get the full commission and she told her client that my deal wasnt solid. She is unprofessional and Im going to Grec.state.ga.us to fill an official complaint against her. Do not let people bully you into paying more money.

I recently worked with Donna Knowles as the realtor who sold my house in Cusseta, Georgia. She was excellent. She was organized, knowledgeable, responsive and effective. She got the price that I wanted and sold my house quickly. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to sell a home in the great Columbus, Georgia area. She is excellent and you will be pleased.
