Today I had to have three MRIs. I was so nervous because I suffer from back spasms. Fred and Mac, however laid all my fears to rest. This was an experience. I will never forget, and will always be grateful for. If you ever need an MRI I highly recommend going here.

this is the first time being at this facility and I have a spinal cord injury and have visited every imaging facility in Columbus Georgia, and I have never received such great care as I received here . The entire staff is awesome there

Would like to thank the staff at the imaging center today for my pleasant experience. It was my first time, the lady at the counter was very nice and i didn't wait long, i was greeted and walked to the back. I had to get my feet imaged and was in pain from a lower back condition and the tech person was so sweet and understanding and allowing me to take breaks in between poses. She was very patience with directions, i was confused and asked for her to repeat her word . she was a angel. Thank you!

Went in to get X-ray. Woman at front was working on spreadsheet and didnt bother looking up. She just said please wait. So I stood, on my hurt foot, for five minutes. When she still didnt stop her computer work to help me, I sat down to get off of my foot. After ten minutes, Two more customers came in. She helped them but still didnt acknowledge me. At that point I didnt even want to check in because I was there for twenty minutes and would now be two people behind. And I saw slow they were in calling people to the back. So I just got up walked out. I am an ER nurse. So I understand how medical clinics can get busy and how they need to prioritize patients. But I also know that if part of your job is billing, THAT needs to wait until AFTER you check in your patients. And at the very least, LOOK UP from your spread sheet and acknowledge the patient you are talking to. Medical care is still Customer service.
