April 9, 2024 I'm giving a new update. GOD IS GOOD. IT DIDN'T MATTER THAT THESE RUDE, UNCARING PEOPLE REFUSED TO HELP ME GET MEDICINE. I FOUND A BOTTLE OF MEDICINE IN MY BOXES WHEN I WAS UNPACKING. THAT'S HOW GOD WORKS. HE FIGHTS YOUR BATTLES FOR YOU!! KARMA IS WHAT YOU SEND OUT IN THE UNIVERSE COMING BACK TO YOU!!! SOME PEOPLE THINK GOING TO CHURCH MAKES THEM A GOOD PERON. NASTY ALL WEEK, THEN PRAISING GOD ON SUNDAY! GOD SEES ALL!! NOW I WON'T MISS TAKING MY MEDS. April 8, 2024 Edited after reading other reviews: WOWWW! I thought it was just me. No, seems that they treat everyone this way. If I worked here, I would feel awful about these reviews. But I know I wouldn't be the problem, I would be heading the solution. Treat people how you want to be treated. I was upset, til I read these reviews. April 8, 2024 It is sad that people go into the health field, that don't care for people in general. I'm new here in Ga & I will be out of my medicine before these people can get me in for an appointment.. Even with a prescription from my doctor from out of state, they refused to help me. They could care less. I'm chronically ill, with several diagnosises. The flat out answer was no, we won't help you. For the first time in seven years, I will have to skip doses of much needed medicine, due to this office simply not caring, or wanting to help. I wish I could not care about people either. Unfortunately, my grandmother told me to keep being me, someone who goes above & beyond for people in need. So, I will keep being me, as directed by my grandmother before she passed. If not for what she told me , I probably would be as nasty as the woman who answered the phone today & just as rude. And maybe as uncaring as the nurse, Tracy, who I spoke with after the first rude woman. I couldn't get the second womans name, because she had no proper phone etiquette skills to let me know she was transferring me & didn't allow me to respond. They don't require phone skills to work here, apparently. The very first switchboard lady, was extremely nice, and pleasant. I also didn't get her name, but I wish I had, so I could tell them she needs to train the other operator. I have more customer service skills in my pinky, then those two final women I spoke to. I wish there were some way I could go elsewhere. But for the assistance I need, and my level of health issues, I'm going to have to go here, and just ignore their rude, uncaring behavior. I already know, don't expect any good customer service. The nurse started out extremely lackluster, explaining that I could speak with her supervisor, but either way they won't help me. Then why offer me a supervisor, if she will only say the same thing as her? Wasting my time, when she already showed no manners, empathy, or caring, I didn't hear anything her voice. I'm simply doing what I have to do to live. I can assure you, after the last time I was here, and today, I expect nothing less than a bunch of people who only work for a paycheck. I have laryngitis, & have had it for a month. I hope & pray my voice comes back soon, since I found not many people have good communication skills, and they are rude. I wonder what they do for speech impediments, probably just as rude. I can talk to just about anyone, even if they don't speak English & remain polite & helpful. That's what they get paid. Instead, I got someone rudely telling me she couldn't hear me, cutting me off, smh. The first rule of customer service is LISTEN, NOT TALK OVER TOP OF YOUR PATIENT ABRUPTLY, AND RUDELY. Everyone isn't polite or caring like me. If I didn't know that for sure before now, the people in this office taught me. But I will NEVER allow people to steal my joy.
