They don't call back and rarely had a realtor in the office that could help us. I'm not sure why they don't allow their receptionist to issue keys, but it would help. People looking for a home don't want to "come back later" hoping someone will be available. At the very least, contact people who have responded to your ads.

Very poor customer service and communication. Would not recommend to anyone coming from out of state.

Be for warned, they will harass you if you leave a bad review. I have 2 staff members (Barbara and Heika) messaging me non stop. Stooping so low as messaging me a call log trying to prove I did not call....Very interesting....I am not even a customer yet and this is how they act. Dodged a bullet...wow...
