Not a good company to rent from. When my lease ended at the end of the year, Inheritance Realty has been reporting on my credit an inaccurate balance! My RENT WAS NEVER BEHIND OR LATE! I have all of my receipts as proof. The way You all can reply online but are not available to handle business the professional way is BEYOND me! I called to get clarity on the situation multiple times! Management please do better. I leave the review to get you all to handle business.

The lack of management skills and business professional experience provided from this entity was the worse decision to choose. I would mention not buying, nore would I have this entity manage properties ever again. But definitely the business of this entity is a little shady. Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional !!! Never answer calls no one is ever in the office. If you do reach Robert he is unprofessional and cant never solve issues at hand. He loves to place blame on everyone else NEVER take accountability. He told me to do my 30 day notice through the portal I never received a copy of the notice or any supporting document regarding me moving out. Now I have an insufficient notice fee along with unpaid rent fees reported to credit bureau. To no avail I have reached out several times just to get a copy of the notice. Ive been nothing but respectful and understanding. I will be finding an attorney to handle this matter.

We are military and had to PCS, so we have been using Inheritance Realty Group for roughly 6 years to manage our home. Things seemed to be going well, but now we are back home and came to realize that our whole entire house has been repainted without our consent by our last tenants while under their care and management, there are some repairs that need to be done, and a showerhead needs replacement as it is not what was advertised to us, not what we paid for. We of course got in contact with Robert right away, he came to our house noted all of the repairs, and the very obvious poor painting job the tenants did, told us he needed to go to the office type it up, and will get back to us about fixing this issues. The next day he called to set up an appointment with the repair man, himself, and us. Robert never showed up to said appointment, never called, not even texted to let us know what was going on. The repair man did eventually call us and reschedule but just him, when he came and we walked him through all the repairs that Robert had already been made aware of, he tells us that we are showing him a lot more than what Robert has authorized him to do, and he never even mention the repainting. This was last Thursday, today is exactly 1 week since the last time we have heard from Robert, he is not answering our calls, texts, or emails. We are truly disappointed with their lack of professionalism, we'll keep updating this review as things progress. ***Update*** So once Robert Mallard saw my review he finally called back, but not to try to work anything out, but to yell at my wife on the phone, and threaten her to take her review down or he will sue her for slander, and put a lien on our house, then hung up the phone on her... This is the kind of people they are, and the cherry on top is that they have yet to return the money that we have leftover in escrow. We have emailed his wife Mrs. Radiah about it, and will see what happens out of that.
