bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Columbus

My husband and I purchased a new oven for our home. On the morning it was to be installed we were informed by the installers the gas valve from the wall to the old stove was not current, and needed to be replaced before they could install the new stove. So the installers left the old stove connected, and dropped off the new one. I called bluefrog, but did not leave a message. I continued to call other plumbers, but I could not get a same day appointment. Chris with bluefrog called me back, and I explained the problem to him as best as I could. He was very patient with me and scheduled us for a 4-5pm appointment. He arrived on time with Joseph. They reviewed the problem with the gas connections behind the old stove, and provided us with a reasonable cost to replace the gas valve, pipes and thread. I was so pleased the repair was made the same day. Once the repairs were complete, to our surprise, Chris and Joseph installed our new stove, and moved the old stove outside. They tested the new stove and informed us of the basic operational instructions for the new oven. They were professional, and by the end of the business day, we were able to use our new oven. We cannot thank them enough for the service they provided to us. I will recommend bluefrog to my family and friends for their plumbing needs, and I kindly suggest to anyone who needs plumbing work to reach out to bluefrog for their plumbing needs and leave a message. To think without the follow-up call from Chris, this never would have happened today. Im sure of this, as I could not get a same day appointment for an estimate with any of the other plumbers I contacted. My husband and I are forever grateful to bluefrog.
