Called them for a leak in house Billed us four hundred and fifty dollars. Leak was not fixed called them for a revisit and they stop returning our calls. New plumber found leak in hose in wall. master never fixed

Our kitchen sink controls (likely original...22 years old) needed work. It appeared that the shutoff valves were stuck, but Walter diagnosed that washers had simply rotted and gotten up into the sink control fixtures. They arrived promptly (1st call that a.m.), were here over an hour, and charged a reasonable figure for the time and effort. Walter and his understudy/assistant Henry were polite and on time. We subsequently bought new sink control knobs and installed those ourselves, although Walter had offered to return and install those. We would certainly call them again. Service: Faucet repair

I contacted them regarding a whistle sound in the bathroom since they just had installed a brand new water heater. The owner, Chad, send two young guys to check out the problem. One of them claimed the sound is related to the water pressure and we need to install water pressure valve to fix the issue. As they worked on the install , they broke my sprinkler and claimed it was broken even though I had used it the day before! They said they have to charge me to fix the broken sprinkler. I declined since I was afraid they will cause more damages. Needless to say, they charged $ 350 and the sound got worse! After talking to the owner, he said the water pressure ( 90 psi) may have already damaged the pipes and he will send someone to check it out in a day or two. I called another plumber and they fixed the problem right away since it was the flush valve in the toilet tank! Once Chad saw my reviews in BBB, he called and offered to refund the charges and fix the sprinkler. I accepted the offer, and shortly after he cashed the charged amount and has blocked my number! A problem that could have been easily solved with less than $200, had cost me $850. He is nothing short of a crook.
